The New Moon Living History And Art Faire is a gathering of artists, demonstrating craftspeople, living history re-enactors, merchants, and entertainers displaying, demonstrating and selling their various wares: antiques, art, baskets, beads, beadwork, blacksmith wares, hand blown glass, jewelry, leather, paintings, pottery, scrimshaw, handmade soaps, wooden ware, woven goods, and more! Live entertainment, door prizes, free parking, and concessions.

The monthly shoots are the third Sunday of each month from April through Novmber. The shoots starts at 10:00 am till 1:00 pm. Primitive weapons only and extra points for pre-1840 dress.

Bowmanstown is located about 20 miles north of Allentown, Pa. off of rte. 248. Period dress is NOT required. We shoot at 25 - 50 - 75 - 100 yards. Smooth bore and over the log matches held each month. We also shoot black powder cartridge at 100 yards. Come join the fun and friendship. Traders are welcome. Shoots start at 9:00a.m. and go til about 4:00 p.m. See you there.

We have a lot of shooting events from pistol, riflewoods walk, trade gun match, novelty shoot and a club team compitition. We have games for women and children. Knif and hawk throw, fire starting and log sawing. Its a great time. We usually have about 160 camps. On Saturday we have as many as 150 shooters. A tin TP area is available.
